Safe deposit boxes are used by many customers of credit institutions and building societies for storing bonds, contracts and savings books.

Thanks to the modular design of our strongrooms, we allow banks to incorporate strongrooms of any size that have been tested and certified in line with European standards into a building. Each of the rooms is individually designed. They can either be incorporated into an existing space or else set up as a stand-alone unit. The resistance grade of both the room and the accompanying strongbox door is something you can decide for yourself. You even have the option to incorporate a daytime security grille.

We also have the ideal solutions when it comes to the interior configuration. Depending on its intended use, the strongroom can, for example, be fitted out with a customer locker system. This is something we can design and set up for you just the way you want it so it fits the space perfectly. Of course, the room can also come complete with filing cabinets, record cabinets or shelving units to be used as an archive in compliance with the storage requirements stipulated in Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)*.

Drop-down safes are ideal as a quick and easy solution for securing cash. As a result, they can be found in environments ranging from points of sale to customer areas, and even as a night safe for depositing cash taken elsewhere.

To allow customers to pay in cash, drop-down safes often come complete with a money-counting function. After paying in their money, customers are issued with a receipt and can credit their account with this amount. In the case of night safes, customers can deposit cash-drop boxes or money bags in the safe via a hatch on the external wall of the bank. The cash cannot then be retrieved until the safe is emptied by bank personnel the next morning.

The individual departments of credit institutions handle a large volume of confidential information and data in a combination of written and digital form, which must be protected against unauthorised access, theft and fire.

When it comes to storing files, our range includes filing cabinets in various sizes and designs, including models with fire protection. That said, particularly important documents or contracts should be kept in a certified strongbox with high levels of anti-burglary and fire protection.

As for electronic data carriers, our range includes special data media safes that specifically offer fire protection for sensitive storage media, such as hard drives and CD-ROMs.
